MADE Retail Systems is a locally owned and operated business, with extensive experience working with some of Australia’s largest retailers to manufacture and manage their custom fixtures.

Our expertise is in shop fitting metal fabrication with our own factory. We can provide complete fixtures, incorporating joinery, metal and acrylic.

With over 30 years of experience, MADE will expertly manage your project from concept and prototyping, through to local or offshore manufacture.

We offer a range of high-quality finishes and will work closely with your Team, providing a step-by-step service to ensure every detail meets the most exacting standards.

MADE also provide pro-active, hands-on QC management, all the way through to rolling out distribution to hundreds of stores Australia wide.

Design

MADE offer an in-house team of industrial designers and engineers, we will work with your fixture and VM designs to provide fit for purpose, value and quality.

Prototype

Working with your design brief, MADE offer prototyping via either local or OS production and will refine and develop your design to exactly match your specifications.

Manufacture

Once prototypes and colour samples have been signed off, MADE can offer either local or OS production runs to suit your volume and lead time requirements.

Rollout

MADE have extensive experience managing store rollouts for some of Australia’s largest retailers and can provide costs for Australia wide distribution.

Offshore Procurement

Using our overseas partnerships, we can provide a competitive advantage for bulk orders and large production runs. Our overseas partners specialise in metal fabrication, timber joinery and acrylic.

We ensure all work is of a very high quality and will manage the entire process through to timely completion and roll out for all local distribution.

We strongly believe in maintaining a hands-on approach with our international partners and work closely with them to apply our knowledge and proven processes.

To guarantee every detail meets specification, our team will be “on the ground” during critical manufacturing milestones, ensuring every sourced item meets all required quality standards.

Local Manufacture

MADE employ a diverse team who offer extensive Retail Industry experience. Our Team includes industrial designers, engineers and qualified welders, who can assist in bringing your next metal work project to life.

We can locally build a range of custom manufactured items from visual merchandising displays, through to gondolas, custom display tables and bespoke wall systems. Our expertise is in metal fabrication with our own metal factory. We can provide complete fixtures, incorporating joinery, metal and acrylic.

Design and Value Engineering

With over 10 qualified metal fabrication tradesmen, 2 qualified industrial designers and 2 engineers on staff, we will expertly interpret your design drawings and turn them into high quality MADE objects.

MADE have 30+ years of experience in the manufacture and design of retail fixtures & shop fittings for hundreds of stores Australia wide.

We have produced beautiful and bespoke large scale metalwork items such as overhead bars, tables, wine racks, architectural features, custom designed office furniture, shelving units and even cabin baggage test units.

Finishing

MADE work with Mild Steel and Stainless-Steel tube and sheet metal to create retail displays to suit your specification.

We offer a variety of high-quality finishes for our custom metal products, such as polished chrome, satin chrome, powder coating and satin & mirror polished stainless steel. With our joinery partners, we can provide 2 Pac finishes, specified laminates and pre-finished board.

Working with our selected sub-contractor metal finishers we offer the highest quality workmanship and employ strict quality control measures to ensure all items are produced to the highest standards.
